Right, so here's something you probably won't read in most AI articles. The people writing them have usually never run an eCommerce store. They haven't sat at a kitchen table at half ten at night sorting through a backlog of "where's my order?" emails. They haven't watched a product page load slowly on mobile and just known — in their gut — that half the people who landed on it have already left. I want to write this for those people.
